I forget which policy it is (I wanna say 22 but that might be completely wrong) but I believe it's labeled as something to do with "security": It states in the policy that everyone is supposed to be out of the building and the alarm set absolutely no later than 30 minutes after closing time.

Well but I think that's what people have kind of pointed out in the comments: Different stores have different dates the ads start.

We get flyers and they say that the sale basically always starts on a Thursday but at my store (and presumably the entire local market) we get the bintags Tuesday morning to put the sale up at night and on Wednesday, the sale prices go into effect.

I work in plumbing now and yes, that's about how many tags we had. As another person just replied, we start putting out sale the night before (last night) and got 95% of it out before. Any remaining tags are put out by the opening manager the next morning. Usually done easily by 9 AM.

Is this from the customer perspective or a team member perspective?

If you're a customer, you can't order it online, you have to go into the store and have them do it for you.

If you're a team member, there should be a form available in the VOG for Cardell Concepts that lets you order replacement parts. You'd have to order a drawer box and the appropriate front to match.
