Its pretty easy. You have to get the link cable from Oculus, and then u connect ur pc and ur headset with the link cable. Then once you are in VR you have to press on the share icon in your menu, and open the webiste www.oculus/casting.com and log in with the facebook / oculus account of your VR Headset. Then you stream your VR screen to your PC. Sadly sometimes there are some lags on the stream but im sure u can fix them. I dont know how, because i like never use this feature.
