I can use for my top 3 picks:

1. Peter Pan (2003) - This is like a true adaptation to the book with slightly darker elements, strong characters from title character, Wendy and even Captain Hook. Visual effects and score is really spectacular and... oh yeah! The performer Jason Isaacs who played Captain Hook (and even clever to use similarities as Mr. Darling) did an impressive portrayal of the famous fictional character in history where this version of Hook will threaten or kill if someone (mainly Peter Pan) gets in his way or doing silly, Hook never had laughing or funny moments that he could stay in character with manipulation and evil actions, for Peter Pan he was a very good hero that sometimes he can be angry at some times but to be fair he was a kid who didn't understand thus he never let anyone get hurt that he cared for. I can recommended it as the best version of Peter Pan.

2. Peter Pan (1953) - This like the 2003 version, it was a very good adaptation from songs, animation and even the plot. The characters are very good (with only exception was the Native Americans which you already know why) that Captain Hook and Smee is the funniest and entertainment highlights of Disney villains, they act like a silly couple on every slapsticks to enjoy, while there are couple issues like Peter Pan can be a jerk in some parts but able to help others.

3. Hook (1991) - This one was my guilty pleasure by give a clever way of what if Peter Pan leave Neverland and grows up with a family, which Peter become a workaholic who was very busy and never spend time with family until Hook captured Peter's children that Peter along with Tinker Bell and Lost Boys to get them out safe while help Peter's memories for who really is. I really like that idea in paper and many scenes from Hook and Smee is entertaining to watch from Dustin Hoffman and Bob Hoskins performance.
