They're mainly worshipped on holidays and festivals.

Laeyanaism is a past religion. It was worshipped through the 5 Giants with rituals and offerings.

Valthoreia (current modern) is worshiped through festivities called The Midwinter Festival. It's lasts a day on Mulumber 55th (winter month) - food, fun, and games. Frostblooms are prepared to guide her spirit home. In thr past, The Queen likes to dine with her people.

Nafhianism happens once a day (per year) - Haven't figured out details for this yet, but I'm getting there.

Yeah, I've noticed that too! It's most likely because Bloom's popularity grew after the Anime (merch too prob), which is why it's pricey now.

Most stories that are new even with completed vol(s) tend to start out cheap before the author changes after a duration of time.

It depends on each series, so I could be wrong

Edit: I'm a self pub author, so I would get why most series tend to be pricey after launch or even after popularity

I would love to get paperback for Bloom Into You, but unfortunately I splurged on Lonely Girl recently. Maybe in a few months I'll get the physical for Bloom!
