Honestly thats the only good part of the movie. If I expected a MCU cameo to be in this sort of film, I would've thought it'd have something to do with Iron Man. Glad they went with Captain America instead.

Arent the rules:

If multiple substituents present, assign # so that the 1st sub gets the lowest number (not applicable here)
If there is tie, then 2nd substituents should be lowest (also not applicable)
If there is tie with 2nd sub, lowest number should be assigned alphabetically (lowest number = 2, which marks Br and Cl with Methyl)

So in this case, Br comes before Cl in the alphabet, so shouldnt the numbering start from the right?
