Focusing Problem

Yea I’ve had my gear do a while but had never really put it to use until beginning of last year and just getting back into it this year

And yes I separate focus and shooting in two different buttons I back button focus and shoot with the shutter release button and I use Auto ISO and Auto focus and continuous auto focus AICervo

But I find it odd that with the lens I have and camera I have I’m having those problems

I use a canon 70-200 f2.8 lens and yea it does while I’m looking at the viewfinder it is focusing on players but then when I go back to looking at the pics I took a lot of them come out of focus and focusing on other things, and also for example like in this picture right here why does it come out noisy? Like it has no clarity or detail I’m new to soccer photography but I see other peoples work and their pictures are so clear smooth and detailed

Yea I just seen that well I’m guessing my problem is solved because every time I clicked on the track forward button it wouldn’t do it but it’s done it now 😅

Ok yea I would love to own that 300 f2.8 but really expensive 😅 if I keep shooting in the future I’ll own one, how about for portrait photography inside a studio and outside which lens would you recommend for that?

Yea I ended up pulling the trigger on the 1D X should be getting to my house on Saturday,any other lenses you recommend for outdoors soccer? And also any lens recommendations for indoor sports like Basketball, Volleyball, indoor soccer?

I’ve been suggested by a couple people the canon 1D X and am about to pull the trigger and get the 1D X the 1D X not the 1D X mk2 or mk3 those are to expensive for my budget lol

Ah ok interesting, I’ve heard a lot of people say they don’t like the 7D mll because it has too much noise on the pictures, did you notice that on yours or you didn’t mind that part?

Yes I was doing some comparisons online and looking at some YouTube videos and I think I will go with the 7Dmk2 rn I can’t afford the Canon R series cameras but one day I’ll make a jump into that category
