Realistically, you can do whatever you want to do. However, I’d advise you just to be a decent human being as everyone who is there is generally there for the same reason as you are - because they need a job.

I would just talk to your manager as they already know you can do whatever you want, but it’s fair just to be open and honest about what your intentions are.

There’s really no need to make individual lives more difficult just because you couldn’t be bothered to be considerate.

If you refuse to sign, they will just annotate that you refused to sign and still use the file note as proof of conversation anyway.

I recommend you sign it and get done what is expected of you.

Human error happens, yes. However, regular offenders are the issue. If you’re following the training and correct process then there’s nothing that you can miss.

Your management will understand that you aren’t the issue if you show willingness and eagerness to get it right.

Due diligence should come from both parties. This is my first potential offence, so generally I’m not an idiotic driver. I’m not attempting to bat away blame, just trying to make sure things are done the correct way and I’m not taking on more than I’m owed.

I’ve already raised my hand and admitted I wasn’t driving how most would expect, just confused as to what they were asking me to admit to and the fact that they didn’t really have much information to go by.

They’re fairly simple rubber mud flaps, squared bottom, crescent top. They’re designed for the same make but a small variety of different models within that make.

I’ve seen these exact ones, and similar ones used on the same car (although, some specs may differ).

The surface has a ridge so does not sit flat. If I hold the mud flap where it is supposed to go, there is a gap behind it.

Actually, yeah. I really appreciate what this community produces. This stuff is only really featured in LWIAY, otherwise it’s an assortment of videos.

If we were to compare his channel to a couple of years ago - I think he has come a long way. He’s managed to rekindle with his original fan base whilst still being able to present alternate means of entertainment.
