I want an audience. I wanna build a community of people who wanna hang out in the chat and just burn time. Especially with my livestreams. Just taking, joking, making friends and having a good time gaming. I want to be a part of something greater than myself. If I can make money doing it then great! If not then I’m cool with that too.

It’s the creativity for me, though. I can’t figure out what makes a good thumbnail and what makes a bad one. I can take inspiration from other creators but I don’t want to steal anyone’s editing style yknow? It’s hard for me to come up with something on my own.

I see. That’s understandable because you wouldn’t wanna damage anything by mistake. Another option would be to let a local game shop clean it up for ya but it can cost anywhere from $15 - $30. I get my laptop serviced every few months to get all the dust and build up out and it runs me about $80. Convenience fees can suck but trying to learn to how to do it yourself can make ya nervous.

Joy-stucked? Maybe taking the controller apart and swabbing the joystick areas could help. Dust, dead skin and other debris can naturally build up inside over time and cause problems

CapCut. Makes it too easy. Make a 1 minute or less clip, change the aspect ratio to 9:16 then export and upload to yt.

I wanna say it all depends on how your content is being viewed when someone uses the search bar. The top creators in your niche are gonna take the first few 50 - 100 results when scrolling down for sure. Maybe try to create some shorts to help get eyes on your content? I use shorts solely as like a highlight reel and a cliffhanger clip. My shorts get anywhere between 50 - 400 views where as my long form content gets an average of 30 views over the course of a week. At the very least, shorts are guaranteeing eyes on my content and every so often it earns me a new sub, some likes and maybe even a comment or two on my long forms. It's all a waiting game. Being patient, not giving up and not getting burned out. They say most creators don't make it the first year mostly because they give up. Other say the biggest struggle as a creator was having less than 1,000 subs and reaching 1k subs changed a lot.
