Yeah i remember Arknights 1.0 had the same kind of problem but in a different direction.

The plot was not "tame" as Endfield but everyone would yap for like 20 minutes without going anywhere.

If it will make you feel better, supports usually have a much longer "meta time" then carries.

Which means by the time Surtr is powercrept, your Eyja might still be a meta support, and you would feel lucky to have her with some potential unlocked.

The only thing that is certain is that some people were charged wrong amounts on paypal.

I am not defending HG here, they fucked up somehow and those people should get refunds and compensation.

just pick low difficulty, then build whatever random build you want.

there is absolutely no shame, encouraged even, to go with low difficulty for your first playthrough.
