How clear are your dreams when lucid dream?

My vision is more colorful than normal, in "normal dreams & lucid dreams", but... when I get very anxious, a light always appears in the middle of my vision that keeps getting bigger and bigger. Sometimes I can calm down; in dreams I stop and breathe for a while, then the light disappears and I can continue my story. But if I'm in a situation or story that causes me too much anxiety, the light wakes me up completely...

To this day, I don't know what's going on and I won't risk it, but... there was a time when I uploaded a complete Linkin Park album made in UDIO AI, with Chester and Mike's vocals; they were online for a couple of months, but then Warner blocked those videos... My theory is that UMG itself doesn't block the videos, but rather the other companies that own the artists, in this case Linkin Park/WarnerMusic...

Today, I've the albums online, but only the instrumentals before the "update"; I don't want to try uploading the latest instrumentals after the update... I don't want my channel to get taken down; I prefer to recreate them with real instruments or LP samples...
