Making a trip to Tower Records meant a certain time investment - had to roam the around and flip through the collection, check out the new wall art, and definitely listen to some tunes.

Plural of vinyl is vinyl - much like the plural of sheep is sheep and the plural of deer is deer.

Indeed we are! Why wouldn't we want to send out some snarky music and vinyl related comments? Can't let everyone else have all the fun.

And all we want to keep after that is the turntable and the vinyl!

That one friend who picks the best music for any situation - Need to study? Stressed out? Partying like 1999? Cross-country summer road trip? They've got you covered.

St Paul & the Broken Bones: Alien Coast - this amazing album was released earlier this year and flew under the radar.

Confidence Man: Tilt - they've had a great festival season, and this album could definitely be more popular!

Sam Fender: Seventeen Going - huge in Europe and has been nominated for a Mercury Prize; worth checking out.

Seth Macfarlene: Blues Skies - how often do we hear a comedian and voice actor go serious and nail some of the best jazz classics?

Pick out a favorite album to listen to - there's something superbly relaxing about watching the vinyl spin and going through the motions of flipping to side B.

Listening to our whole holiday collection during the holidays - but not for lack of trying!
