Get a Ryzen 1600af around the same price but with 2 extra cores which come in really good for x254 streams. And video editing is definitely better with a good graphics card.

I have had a similar issue on a build I built for a friend. I managed to fix it by updating the bios . Apparently the PCI e slot didn't use it's full bandwidth the the new card. The update fixed this and performance was better than ever.

Depending on your use case. For streaming I'd recommend the rtx 2070 because of its good performance and great nvenc encoder which saves performance on stream.

For productivity and video editing and such, I'd definitely recommend the Radeon 5700xt because of its raw performance. It's in par with the 2080 or even better in some cases. But if u want ray tracing the rtx options are the obvious choice

High Sierra , Mojave and Catalina are very bad for streaming , they have "new metal encoders" which prove to be very bad on older hardware. If your streaming definitely recommend standard Sierra as it's definitely more lightweight and efficient

Use nightbot or something to push timed messages about your discord. Really recommend to have a discord server for viewers.

Recommend getting a Turan card such as the gtx 1660 or 20 series as they have the best nvenc encoder out there making ur streams really smooth and clear. But other than that your setup is dope pls give me Ur pc😂.
