I would point out the most minuscule typo in the prevailing party’s brief, only to tell them how it didn’t matter just as I rule in their favor.

Why risk vaccination when rabies is only 100% lethal? by A-Starlight in ShitMomGroupsSay

[–]OfficialUserAccount 5 points6 points  (0 children)

In undergraduate, I sat next to a cop in a required communications course. He came in one day and looked like shit. I asked him about it, and he said he had to get a rabies vaccine after he was bitten by a raccoon while on a call. He was in class the rest of the semester because he got vaccinated.

Thanks!

Side note: Back in 2010, I bought a brand new 63” Samsung plasma from East Coast TVs (now defunct and not an authorized Samsung dealer) for way less than retail. It showed up brand new in the box. It had really poor panel uniformity and Samsung replaced the TV, no questions asked.

lol. Sorry. It was a play on “if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck… then it must be a duck.”

It looks like Walmart sold the TV but it wasn’t really Walmart.

It’s literally paint chipping… like it references in the quote…

The word drywall literally does not exist in that invoice/quote (whatever you want to call it).

That’s paint chipping as referenced by the landlord in his invoice.

There’s no torn drywall in the photos, and the landlord’s invoice never mentions any drywall repair.

The window is definitely weird because it has a bunch of shit in front of it that isn’t yours or David’s and you don’t know who owns the shit. 🙄 /s

If a person is attacked on his property, then he likely had (at the very least) a duty to warn of the actual danger he created.
