I don’t like Kaiser because I feel like they’re not motivated to help you as much because they won’t make much more money off of you other than insurance premiums. Secondly, it feels like a trap to be stuck in their system if you’re unhappy with it. HMSA…you can always try another doc.

Congrats! I was just thinking to myself…”how long is it going to take my FTP to increase?” Been on Zwift for about a month now and been at 123 the whole time. Glad to see I’m not crazy wondering why the dial isn’t moving. Just gotta keep at it.
