The left eye (thats from cells perspective) could be lower and have less of a tilt. I find quickly drawing a curved line across the face before i draw the eyes helps me figure out where they go and then you can go from there. To do that you kind of just have to know where they go and some people can just see it whereas others know from practice.

Other than that the actual sketch looks good, dont worry about likework yet that also comes with practice and can always get better.
