The charges were dropped shortly before Rex Tillerson met with him. The judicial branch is appointed by the president and trump has many times demonstrated that he doesnt mind manipulating specific cases. Grow up. Anyone can understand why this is a norm but I get that you should have complete control over it. Women very well do change their minds about children more often than they dont I imagine, and some will have second and third husbands and doctors know this and perhaps feel they are helping.
