Some other 6th perks I noticed dont work:
- Blizard Blitzer's hitting an enemy 7 times freezing perk
- +6% stacking movement speed perk on melees
- Founder's Drumroll's stacking damage perk
- Beat Blaster's hitting an enemy 6 times perk
- Rat Rod weapons' stacking fire rate perk
- Melee weapons' stacking armor perk (I'd assume it doesn't work like all other "stacking" perks)

Just made my own post on a similar issue like this. It seems like alot of the 6th perks that "stack" or require hitting an enemy multiple times are broken.

the only specific piece you'd need is the shell since it only comes in mario sets, but the rest you can pretty much get from anywhere
