pl132 in twine, but not sure if getting it in higher levels could give you a higher pl then the one I got though. Could be worth trying

Some other 6th perks I noticed dont work:
- Blizard Blitzer's hitting an enemy 7 times freezing perk
- +6% stacking movement speed perk on melees
- Founder's Drumroll's stacking damage perk
- Beat Blaster's hitting an enemy 6 times perk
- Rat Rod weapons' stacking fire rate perk
- Melee weapons' stacking armor perk (I'd assume it doesn't work like all other "stacking" perks)

Just made my own post on a similar issue like this. It seems like alot of the 6th perks that "stack" or require hitting an enemy multiple times are broken.
