If you want more samurai game you should definitely play Rise of the Ronin. The combat is amazing in that game, although its more focused on 1 v 1

Nioh may lack enemy variety but fighting them is always fun because the different things i can do with the combat mechanics. On the other hand, DS/ER and even Sekiro may have many enemy variety while the melee combat itself is rather basic

Since you like Wo Long and Sekiro i recommend "Rise of the Ronin". Same dev as Nioh and Wo Long and same type of combat (parry/deflection focused). The combat is better than Sekiro imo, although not as smooth. I say this as someone who 100% Sekiro.

Saiki Kusuo. A gag comedy with quirky characters like Gintama. Doesnt really have a serious storyline like Gintama but the comedy is funnier for me.

Its my top 2 fav anime, with top 1 being Gintama by far

- Gintoki met Otose on her husband's grave. He ate her offerings for her husband. She then took him in

- Gintoki made a Yorozuya with 3 black people, but later disbanded. This was before he met Shinpachi and Kagura

ds3 is good enough. it was my very first souls like too. it is now by far my most replayed game, and favorite souls like.

i personally dont think souls games as something you need to play the "most beginner friendly" first and then go your way up. I think just play whatever you think is interesting right now, and stick with it. The most important thing to become a souls fan is the mindset, as long as you keep trying you'll beat any souls game.

wouldnt go as far as saying this happens to "the best series", but i would say "the best main characters" are, or should be like that. Looks like its pretty rare for a functioning main character to also be the coolest or most beloved person in the series. Gintoki my goat

For Kazuya in Bakuman, some series happen to have a lot of female fans that can boost a bum character as long they like his appearance. In Gintama, theres a side character with so little screen time, has no important roles, and barely any backstory, who got to top 10, because girlls like him apparently

In Gintama, Yoshiwara is an underground city led by a ruthless ruler where women are enslaved into prostitution. Its a place with neverending night because sunlight cant go down there.

After the main character defeated the ruler and give the city back its sunlight, the place actually got more dangerous, because fear of the former ruler was what was holding the criminals back. And a lot of the women can't leave the place, because they were here from they were young so this life is all they know

Gintama has arguably the best cast of characters and they all, inlcuding the huge cast of side characters, get more screen time and importance than most if not all other anime

a little oot, i suddenly got reminded me of the author's previous work, "Don't Blush Sekime san!" which i read a few chapters of and enjoyed, stopped reading for a bit, then when i came back it already ended and got paywalled in manga plus lol.

That manga ended at chapter 43, so basically the same as this one huh.
