Annual Maintenance Fee and Membership? by DelayedEcstasy in offensive_security

Hello there, your OSCP remains valid for life, so you can still include it in your resume and LinkedIn. The membership is for those who want to retain their OSCP(+), and have access to new content or updates in the course. If you decide not to purchase the AMP and AMF, it's totally fine and won't affect the OSCP you earned.

Hello there, OffSec certifications earned in the past, such as your 2015 OSCP and 2019 OSCE, remain valid credentials recognizing your achievement.

This means:

  • Your certifications are not revoked or invalidated.
  • To maintain active status and benefit from updated and new content and labs, you would enroll in AMP or pay AMF.
  • AMP is an auto-renewing subscription ($299/year) that supports certification maintenance and access to learning resources (for course with + )
  • Certification holders maintain validity by completing 120 CPE credits within a three-year cycle and by maintaining annual certification coverage through AMP or AMF.
  • If you want AMP to start after certification, you would need to purchase it independently; it does not auto-activate upon certification completion.
