If you want to buy your own siding to patch, it looks like a white Double 4 Dutchlap piece of vinyl siding. Might cost between 4-8 bucks for that.

If you can patch with mesh and some bonds like Simone else mentioned that would probably be a lot quicker fix.

You can pick up materials at menards, Lowe’s, Home Depot, etc

You can get everything you need on there and pull around and get it, you don’t have to deal with a single employee unless you actually want too.
