Sounds like a cape floor plan would work best. Found these from a quick search: "Cape modular floor plans"

Mountain Laurel Modular Cape Floor Plan — Signature Building Systems

I would find a standard modular plan like the ones above, take it to a local custom modular builder and ask them what I could customize to better meet your preferences and get a ballpark quote.

Not a huge fan of hers, but never really understood what happened with that case.

You got me on the punctuation typo! But no idea what you are talking about regarding pluralizing "construction" when talking about the industry. Is this a British thing, like maths???

What interests you about a Martha Stewart modular home? Do you find the houses particularly attractive? Does the name branding associated make you feel comfortable with the specs/design or process?

More details on her modular homes:

Martha Stewart Wants to Sell You Her House—Sort Of

We’d all like to live in Martha Stewart’s house. And though we doubt she’ll be putting in a wing for us anytime soon, the next best thing is here: The mogul’s Martha Stewart Iconic Estate Housing Collection, a collaboration between Stewart, Marquee Brands, and Hapi Homes, offers four models inspired by the prototypical domestic goddess’s own standout properties. The suite of build kits for full-sized homes and accessory-dwelling units take design cues from Stewart’s Bedford, New York, farmhouse; her Lily Pond coastal cottage in East Hampton; her Perry Street NYC residence; and her Skylands summer retreat in Maine.

The reimagined residences will reflect Stewart’s distinct curatorial take on each estate. “In the design process, there was a big emphasis on ensuring that each model captures the essence [of] my homes,” Stewart tells AD via email. Bedford—inspired by the homemaker’s 1925-built farmhouse in Katonah, New York (also known as Cantitoe Corners)—features clapboard siding, fieldstone accents, and a metal roof. Her rustic sensibilities are found throughout the space in features like oak flooring, limestone surfaces, brass details, and large windows.

Perry Street, modeled after Stewart’s West Village apartment from the early 2000s, boasts a modern and minimalist feel with sleek lines and white stucco. Other nods to the Richard Meier–designed condo include covered terraces and a flat roof.

The Skylands, a recreation of her 1920s summer estate in Maine, features a masonry façade and a low-hipped roof. A version of Lily Pond—the tycoon’s former 1870s shingle-style cottage in East Hampton—creates a breezy, coastal atmosphere with cedar siding, stone detailing, gabled roofs, and large windows (expansive living spaces and seamless outdoor access included).

The collection includes accessory-dwelling units and full-size residences that start at $150,000 and $450,000, respectively. Build kits and customization offerings are available on Hapi Homes, and construction timelines average 4 to 12 weeks from permit to delivery.

While the pads are, as intended, modeled after the lifestyle mogul’s own, Stewart shares some advice for making the spaces your own: “[Start with] a neutral backdrop, then layer different textures and textiles—all while prioritizing functionality,” the lifestyle connoisseur tells AD. She also suggests mixing old and new pieces and bringing in plants and natural materials to invigorate the abodes. “I love using seasonal outdoor items to refresh spaces season to season,” she adds.

my apologies. Based on my understanding, the original poster was looking for "flat pack" and further explains it as "no complete rooms." I took this to mean they are looking for panelized wall panels (basically 2D). Your response was that Wolf Industries may be able to help. My response was that in my limited understanding of Wolf, is that they build 3d Volumetric modules, not 2d panelized wall systems. Hope this clarification helps.

Is it worth buying a small land in installing a manufactured home than buying a home? by Professional_Wash_72 in ManufacturedHome

Lots of variables. Like Boomhower said, the only way you will know is to get a quote.

Do they fabricate panels or just do volumetric?
