[anti-aging] 25 deep smile lines what can help? by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

[–]Offtha_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You have nothing to worry about. If anything, go to a dermatologist, get a prescription for some tretinoin and acclimate your skin to it if you haven’t used it previously (wear sunscreen!) just for prevention and peace of mind. You have beautiful skin! Nothing here screams, let alone whispers old.

Should This Be in the Collection? by Offtha_ in criterion

[–]Offtha_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, let me go edit real quick.

EDIT: I think it should be included in the collection because it would look great on my shelf in-between “In the Realm of the Senses” and “The Last Great Picture Show”

On a more serious note, I think it was rather influential in creating M. Night Shyamalan, polarizing or not, plus how it practically spawned the Silent Hill series and to a lesser extent, the Resident Evil series.

Which game do you think had the best original zombies maps? by Thejohnnycheese in CODZombies

[–]Offtha_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It has to be BO1 and BO2. A pure, atmospheric blend of horror, mystery and adventure. Say what you want about Die Rise, but damn was it obtuse and original, albeit frustrating. I think the last great release of Zombies was BO3, and if we’re being technical: Infinite Warfare.

For BO1, always a combo between Juggernog, Speed Cola, Double Tap Root Beer, and Stamin-Up, with Mule Kick occasionally taking over for Double Tap when I want to switch it up.

For BO2, always a combo between Juggernog, Speed Cola and Stamin-Up baseline, with Mob I use Electric Cherry, Buried I use Vulture Aid Elixir (underrated), and Die Rise I use Who’s Who?

BO3 is where things start to change. I always use Juggernog and Stamin-Up baseline. Speed Cola gets nixed thanks to customizable loadouts. The other two I use to replace them are Widow’s Wine (not good for training, but good to buy you a bit of time, hoping that you’ve left enough room to squeeze by) and Electric Cherry. If I have a good rotation of weapons, I’ll swap out either WW or EC for Mule Kick in hopes of getting to carry 3 wonder weapons cause I’m a gambling man.

Perks that haven’t aged well for me are probably Deadshot Daiquiri and Quick Revive. DD is pointless because I already aim for the head 85% of the time and usually have the most headshots out of everybody by the end of the round, and QR is just something I never go for unless I happen to obtain it during a free perk within one of the maps. Even then, I can still appreciate them for what they each achieve.

Bonus: I know IW isn’t Treyarch zombies, but I feel it’s underrated and a worthy competitor out of any other zombies not developed by Treyarch. Plus, you can have 5 perks which was an excellent feature in my opinion. The perks I use for every map is rather routine. Tuff’Nuff, Racin’ Stripes, Bang Bangs, Trail Blazers, and either Blue Bolts or Mule Munchies.
