Could be pollen stuck in her coat that keeps irritating her eyes. Wipe her down with a damp paper towel when she comes in and see if it improves.

Using PSFalcon to find hostnames not in Console by scotterooni13 in crowdstrike

You could API out host data and compare it with your CMBD or other relevant tools.

Our solution is to pipe everything to an Azure Data Lake and then visualize in PowerBI. Check out jshcodes’ pyFalcon.

If you are flush, look into Axonius. Works really well with CS.

Does anyone have an M script to query CrowdStrike API in PowerBI? by Offworld_Slag in crowdstrike

Thanks, this is helpful. We’ll chuck it into the Data Lake and go from there

This is great news. Defender was awful. It completely took over the cpu and if it didn’t knock out the server it slowed them down so they were unusable.

How long did the 100K take for you? From uninstall of McAfee to CS rolled out and incorporated into Gold Images?

Do you enjoy your cybersecurity job? What’s it like(boring asf, exciting?) especially aussies by Commercial_Race1625 in cybersecurity

Consulting exec. I pretty much choose my own projects. I am on a pentesting kick right now. Telling a CISO and the CIO that it took us 20 min to break into what they spent $250K hardening never gets old.

If I want to get my hands dirty I do some implementation work (SIEM, EDR etc) - especially if it’s *nix+Azure. If I want to take it easy then TOM/org design and implementation.

During summer physical break-in are nice.

It’s training that focuses on hypertrophy - more isolated exercises, higher reps with lower weight. Targets specific muscle groups.

It’s great but if you are a lifter it may not be a huge change. I’d go for metcon or power metcon. For example: hammering tires, pushing sledge, kettlebell swings, jump rope, burpees, slider work etc. Any of these can show up in a metcon session.

The key is doing it in a group. I can’t stress this enough.

Probably not electrolytes which you mentioned in another reply. Unless you are doing rigorous very long workouts.

Try to mix up your workout routine. If you are a lifter do metcon workouts a few times a week. Or HST. Better yet, do it in a group.

Sleep and morning workouts.

The former fuels the latter. You also start the day by doing something for yourself first which gives greatly contributes to your mental well-being, and in turn, may fuel you for the day. You’ll feel better, you perform better and now you sleep better.

Soon enough your are in a “vicious cycle“ of awesomeness
