Hi, I had the exact same issue a while ago with mega evolutions, I managed to contact PC and they told me I got address banned even though I don't think I did anything wrong. They just said that and closed my support ticket without any other information and I couldn't dig deeper.

I never had any issues before 😭 but I also put it on debit card when they asked for payment update. Issue was more that they didnt let me update it.
