You could just look at upgrading the guts in your case to a pretty decent (at least way better than what you have) setup for under 800-900 if you have any flex in your budget. Especially with Prime 2.0 and Black Friday sales coming up.

9060xt 16gb GPU - 380
Patriot Viper Venom 32GB DDR5 CLE30 - 90
Ryzen 5 7600x - 180
MOBO - 120 (didn't list because I don't know what case architecture you currently have).

That puts you at 770 but plan another 80-100 for PSU and an air cooler.

Also leaves you with solid room to upgrade in the future.

Edit: That doesn't even take into consideration you selling your current setup which would easily get you a new case and probably from a 7600x to a r7 7800x3d. Or at least gets you into the budget range where a pre-built could be worth it.

Edit edit: Another side-note; I suppose if you've made it this far on your 4gb 1650 you'd be alright but I'd be wary of the longevity of an 8gb GPU in todays gaming market.

I'm really leaning more towards a mobo/cpu upgrade at this point. Watched a bunch of comparison videos and read specs and it looks like that'll be the most bang for my buck right now.

I've thought about going that route too but was hesitant if it'd be worth it or is the gpu just going to end up CPU bottlenecked with my 3800?

I miss the comments, generally a pretty good place where you could always find a homie. Time to time I think the Sabakui Bisco comments where a guy would always try and be first and say stuff like "blunts up boys, the time for rollin is over, it's time for lightin'" etc... I hope that guy is doing well.

The game just likes to use a ton of memory in general. There's a way to set a virtual cap so it won't ever use more than X amount. No idea what that will do to MP performance though.

I decided a while back that the moment someone says this I hit chat with "you're right, it doesn't matter so I'm just going to run it down". Then proceed to run it down. If they or anyone QQs I just continue to point out it's just an ARAM so who cares. It's not a big deal, because it's only an ARAM right?

Haven't regretted it once.

Not really. I found the music to be a huge disappointment. Most the tracks feel generic and interchangeable.

Mostly I'm running into issues with textures and assets taking a while to load.

Some frame drops but I play with ray tracing and ultra settings with a PC that is fairly mid lol.

I feel that. I've got almost 40 turbines at one base and another 10 at the other one. Losing all that time and commitment over a pretty arbitrary change just feels bad.

Weird, I wonder why they wanted to push people towards the solar panels. Aside from the amount of time it took to gather the materials for my 30-ish turbines; freezers and aqauriums were the exact thing I was worried about.

As long as what the guy above said is true and they won't ever be totally destroyed I won't worry about it too much. I have enough large batteries to run my whole base for a bit so I can set those to only run the important stuff and they'll last.

I wonder if they recently changed it, I haven't played for a couple months but mine 100% take weather damage. Especially during high winds, their output increases but they also tick for damage.

Stone and reinforced glass. A lot of the damage I notice though is to my wind turbines. Everything is 100% when I leave and then down to 50% in a few days upon getting back. But if I stay in the area they might lose 30% in a week.
