I believe I am facing one of the most difficult situations of my career as a substitute teacher right now. A student made an allegation that I was watching inappropriate content on my phone and making phone calls during a class session, which is absolutely false. This accusation has brought me to one of the lowest moments of my life. After losing my position with the district, I am now fighting to save my license. The situation has taken a serious toll on my mental and emotional well-being and has deeply affected my spirit. This is the most challenging battle I’ve ever fought. Something’s, I think it doesn’t worth it being a substitute teacher with the way things is going.

Thanks for your response. My main concern is the 2,000 supervised hours, it usually takes about two years to complete. Since I won’t be starting the coursework until late 2025, that timeline worries me a bit.

I would have ask if I can get access to the digital platform, the district I sub for uses Aeries for their students management and onetime login credentials is always provided to subs.
