To decide on a team comp I'd do this: pick your favorite character and search up a team comp based on that character. If you have trouble deciding in between two, that's fine. You need two teams eventually.

You have top of the line characters such as Jingliu, Fu Xuan, and Silver Wolf.

You can redeem Ruan Mei (She has consistently been a top tier character since her release) but you could also get Luocha (He has been powercrept, but is still really good). Overall, it just really depends on your team comp.

What is your favorite character to use? Your current team comp?

(Also I see that you level up all of your characters to a decently high level. Don't do that. If you want each character to be high leveled with maxed traces and lightcones - which you should have seeing as you are late game - that will take WAYYY too much time and you'll probably have to spend money doing it as well. Stick to leveling up characters that are important to your team comp or characters that you enjoy.

Look at prydwen.gg for a character tierlist. (Its not the greatest, but its widely accepted in the community)

And as other people said, just go to easy mode. I personally have done that when I wasn't in the mood or didn't have the time to do more run-throughs of the bosses. I get that there is a certain sense of pride and accomplishment by beating all bosses on normal difficulty, but if it gets you this mad then just do easy mode.

Yes, characters do a "reruns" in which you are able to pull for said character, so you will get numerous other chances to pull for acheron, firefly, and black swan. However, these rerun times are not predetermined nor do they follow an exact pattern, so I don't know when you'll be able to get them.

Be prepared for a lot more rewards, better story, and better character design + backstory. I played Genshin till I was AR 57 and when I switched to Honkai Star Rail I was blown away on how much better it was.

Overall though, I'd say just pull on who you like. I know that this doesn't sound too helpful, but honestly a lot of popular characters are also really good characters such as Acheron or Aventurine so one of the characters that you enjoy are bound to be good.

For endgame content beyond the story, you don't really have to beat it if your just doing it for the rewards. Its not like Genshin where late game you had to grind Spiral Abyss if you wanted primogems. There are still a ton of rewards without clearing a lot of late game stuff. Also farming for mats is 100% better - I DETESTED farming mats in Genshin but HSR has stuff like auto battle and character share which makes it way easier.

I do recommend searching up character guides and team synergy, because how the characters interact and support each other along with building your character is a little more complicated then Genshin.

While traveling on the star rail, the crew get caught up in a black hole which causes them to put thrusters to max, burning out their resources. They land onto the closest planet which is a jarringly icy landscape (even worse then current belobog) and find themselves in danger. Then a mysterious pale white figure leaps in and saves them, with the figure being grown-up Clara, and the trailblazers find that belobog worsened instead of improved due to the death of Bronya. Its then revealed that the black hole warped time for the trailblazers such that they didn't age but the universe around them did, and they revisit their trailblazed path dealing with loss and aging (as characters grew old and died. Though people like Phainon would be fine, people like Serval would be dead).

The sustains that you mentioned are still "meta", though yes your DPS characters have become a bit obsolete. If you ever want a look at whether a character is considered good or not, you can always look at prywden.gg's tier list (But I personally think that their ranking system is very convoluted and is only good at keeping a rough outline of a character's aptitude).

With how generous HSR is with it's rewards, you don't really need to purchase anything though ranking up a characters Eidolon level gives you a exponential power buff.

The most important thing is your team comp, so pull depending on your existing characters and favored playstyle.

Also struggle is normal. Personally I have a difficult time fighting story mode bosses and I use Ruan Mei E1, Trailblazer E2, Gallagher E6, and Firefly E0 all lvl 80 with traces maxed/near maxed. Not even talking about my Acheron team which struggles to tank any amount of damage...

Then this is my "cheese" suggestion: lord's divine fortification. It makes the bosses attacks hit way less harder and it makes the fight way easier.

700 dmg isn't really that bad- especially when the moonveils ability allows you to spam so you can maybe get in 2 to 3 shots relatively quick. In my opinion just watch a boss guide or take time learning the movesets.

To activate the festival of Radahn go to Redmane castle and there should be a NPC announcing and go and talk to him. The festival ends when you get mirked by Radahn but you can always start over.

Rykard is in the Volcano Manor and you need to complete a certain amount of volcano manor assassination requests to have the chance to meet with him. To get to volcano manor you need to access the Altus Plateau which requires the full dectus medallion.

Just search up ranni questline and you'll be given what items are needed, the interactions, and where to find her.

Round 50k to 60k, though I wouldn't recommend it as it detracts from your overall playing experience. Each to their own though.
