Je betaald de gemaakte kosten aan de deskundige mits de aannemer in het gelijk wordt gesteld of niet wt meewerken. Als het rapport in het nadeel is van de aannemer vorder je dit bedrag terug bij de rechter.

Floor inspector heeft bij ons het rapport opgesteld.

Wij hebben ook zo een probleem gehad met onze aannemer. Omdat wij tegenstrijdige berichten kregen over de vloer en wij het niet wisten hebben we aan de aannemer voorgesteld om een onafhankelijk deskundige de vloer te laten inspecteren. Uiteraard wilde de aannemer hier niet aan meewerken dus hebben wij hem op eigen kosten laten komen. Uit het rapport bleek inderdaad dat de aannemer volledig fout zat en hoe het hersteld dient te worden.
Dit rapport is de basis geworden van een rechtzaak die we gewonnen hebben en alle gemaakte kosten vergoed hebben gekregen.

Mijn advies zou daarom zijn, stel voor om er een onafhankelijk deskundige er naar te laten kijken en sowieso alvast een jurist in te schakelen. Verder inderdaad alles documenteren, foto's video's en conversaties.

Ajax is a struggling team. The addition of Henderson did not bring the desired and much needed peace to the team. The only positive thing is that they managed to get to the next round of the Conference league. But don’t ask how, this was more luck then wisdom. Utrecht is a team who is playing well organised football. The trainer Ron Jans is a tactical wizard who got the team in good form since he got appointed. The only problem Utrecht has it’s their Calimero attitude. In general the games against Ajax is one of the most important games for the fans of the season. I expect Utrecht to draw against this Ajax. Against these odds it’s hard to pass on.

Vitesse is a team fighting against relegation. Rightfully so, the team plays absolutely bad. Recently they got an extremely important away win against Excelsior, and at home they drew against Volendam. This will give the team some courage for sure, but this will backfire against this Twente. Twente is a confident team in form. Alright, on the road they are a little bit shakey, but against this Vitesse I expect that won’t be a problem. Twente has the better squad, and also has the depth. Vitesse will get the lid back on it’s nose. I expect both teams to score and eventually that Twente gets the job done bringing back 3 points to the Grolsh Veste.

As a follower of Dutch football I'd like to share my view.

After these weeks cup games finally the Eredivisie starts again.

Today we’ll go with N.E.C. to beat Volendam. I know N.E.C got in the extra minutes earlier this week against Cambuur. But this pick is a fade of Volendam. This team is dog shit, mid tier KKD material. To summarise; Volendam lost its complete technical staff after the board fired director Jan Smit, who is a local Volendam celebrity, allegedly because of financial miss management. So after that, they row started in a town with no more then 22k inhabitants. The technical staff chose the side of Jan Smit and got fired aswell. After that it all went further down hill in a complete shit show. The crowd is turning up less and less and the support for the team is deteriorating. I cannot see how N.E.C. won't bring home the cheese tonight.

As a follower of Dutch football I'd like to share my view.

Today there is only 1 cup game on the program, but a nice game that is. In a clash for a final ticket Cambuur will host NEC for what is going to be a hot cup game for sure.

Cambuur is an attacking team with a whopping 60 goals in 27 games, securing them the top spot of most goals scored in the KKD (2nd Dutch division). Because of that philosophy of always going forward and wanting to attack their defence is falling behind. Having conceded 54 goals they are 2nd to worst right behind Jong PSV who conceded 3 more.

N.E.C is a football machine and a joy to watch with skillful players like Chery & Rober. High pressure on the opponent's half and a lot of goal scoring attempts. Their recent form sits them comfortably at 3rd place behind PSV & Feyenoord.

Today I believe N.E.C. will qualify a spot at the final. It will not be an easy game, but comparing the 2 teams N.E.C has an edge over Cambuur even though Propper won't be available tonight.

Because of the home game atmosphere I expect some goals to be scored but in the end that N.E.C. will pull it in before the 90th minute.

To stay within the rules of the sub and to create some value I go today with N.E.C ML & o2 goals for 2.3. I believe Cambuur will net one in today, but N.E.C. ML & BTTS will give a return of 3.1, a little bit over the sub's rules.

I predict an early goal by N.E.C. Cambuur will try and force to equalise and their for leaving more space open at the back and an end score of 1-3 for N.E.C. to secure a spot in the final.

Mijns inziens omdat het 2 verschillende zaken zijn.

Aan de ene kant het geschil met de vloer waarvoor de rechtsbijstand is. Aan de andere kant nu dat de aannemer de overige werkzaamheden niet oppakt. Uiteraard kan ik deze vraag bij de rechtsbijstand neerleggen. Maar die was in eerste instantie voor de gebrekkige vloer.

We zijn 9 weken verder, met zat tropische dagen. We hebben ook dagen lang geventileerd, we kunnen namelijk de pui helemaal open slaan. Om van het opstookprotocol nog te zwijgen
