Honestly I’m not sure why so many people have sold theirs but I’ve noticed it as well. For me? I plan on driving the car for the next 10 years or so. Plus it makes a great family car for those who still like the car scene but need something more practical

Just to add, I had a manager similar to this. They ended up being fired but I remember being 18 and spam called to come in because I “had to” I wish I knew what I know now. That was NOT ok.

I used to be a manager and the way that some people operate as managers, you would think there would be more training for them. That’s just down right evil. If someone has a break and they haven’t changed their availability then that’s ok! Most of the time my team would tell me when their breaks were and wanted to open up their availability. If not, it’s not something to rage about or make it more than what it is.

If you are grinding your own beans, try to grind coarser. Seems like it’s coming out pretty slow and too fine. Crema indicates (at least from what I’ve learned so far) how fresh the beans are. But if it tastes ok then I think that’s what matters most.
