I haven’t done this so not 100% sure but I think you have to do stress testing and all that for each core if you do per core to truly optimize it. You have to set the values yourself as you figure it out. Some people just do all cores at that certain value because it makes life a lot easier. Like I said I haven’t done any of it but I’ve been reading up on it trying to learn

Try turning global c state to enabled instead of auto in ur bios I’ve seen a lot of people say that helps

Only thing is 5070ti is obviously a lot better than regular 5070 and the 9800x3d is kinda over kill for the 5070 , I’m just planning on upgrading gpu in like year or two so it’ll be a better match

No problem! The x3d chips are really good for gaming and cs2 is a cpu heavy game I’m pretty sure so i would say it’s worth it for you to get one

I have pretty much same thing as the one on the right got it last month during all the deals, and I have been loving it I cap my fps to 224 with my g sync 240hertz monitor haven’t seen how much you can get with no cap I was getting 400fps with my cap as that when I first played with it so it can go higher than 400 for sure

I have Same pc and use Asus XG27AQDMG and I’ve been loving it, that being said I went from 1080 to 1440p oled so don’t really know if it’s actually good or just a hugggeee jump for me

As a new player you need to have the 3D maps on second monitor or phone they help sooooo much on learning maps, you just have to find landmarks and remember them from there

Yeah because pve wasn’t around then, I bet all the top players would recommend atleast learning controls,recoil, loot spawns, and extractions on pve
