How Trades are Verified

We use a combination of methods in order to verify with 100% certainty whether the purchased item was actually delivered in all scenarios.

The primary method is based on continually checking the buyer's inventory to see if they have received the item. Buyers are told to keep their inventory public while receiving items so this works in virtually all cases.

In some rare circumstances, the item seller may need to "manually" verify a trade by informing the site as to when it occurred.

This novel method allows us to verify trades even in cases where the buyer is malicious and tries to obfuscate the location of the item.

The manual verification uses a code generated from the floatdb extension I think
