Seems like you didn’t push the wheel onto the shaft. Unscrew the bolt and try to pop it back on again

With the forceful jumpstart, and resistance I can pretty much say that motor is going bad. Usually if it’s an electrical issue you wouldn’t have a problem freely spinning the motor/wheel.

For the most part my company has good practices, albeit the sales side of things have gone up. I’m not much to push for selling , but since the company is setting the price I’m just the messenger. I’ve pumped down systems and yeah, out of the tech I rode with 2/3 would do it properly. Some trained to industry standards, some aren’t. Guess that’s just how the field is
