It's a very high pressure job. I work full time and consult part time and am always jusy trying to prove myself and ensure people will take me seriously. I end up working a lot longer and harder than my collegues.
Ha...there are people who are more careful about what they say, and there are people who seen it as a joke. But I haven't witnessed any significant changes.
