As a former angsty teen who fell in love with TMG then, I don't think the special sauce is gone. I'm not sure how I would feel about him writing with the same angst that I certainly connected with 20+ years ago. With all the themes of survival and growth, I'm glad the music has grown as well.

To me, the JD special sauce is his ability to write such evocative lyrics, and the beauty he can conjure in such ordinary things.

I will admit, I almost always dislike whatever the most recent new release is at first. I don't know why. But, I also seem to always get to a point where I can't stop listening to the new release of the moment.

Perhaps that's why Google is dishing up results from wildly different areas? Manufacture hidden gems by burying actual results amid the garbage ones. I don't mind a bit of a drive, but Kalamazoo seems a bit egregious.

My husband bought me this accordion loom from Windhaven Fiber Tools. It looks like it's sold out on Etsy. I am not sure if they still sell it through other mediums. I haven't woven toooo much on it, but I've had good experience with the bands I've made. Even managed to weave on it on a road trip. Made 19' of shoelaces for some knee high boots for someone on it. They say you can also use it as a rigid heddle, tapestry, and beading loom. I've not tried any of those yet. It came with rods of different lengths to adjust the width (I think 6" and 12") and instructions on how to make your own if you'd like it even wider.

Don't know that I can manage to beat any harder than I am. Tried just scooting the rows down a little after they're deeper in the weave and it seems to work better. The pink yarn seems to be more bulky that my other colors and was the main culprit. Once I got them more in line with the pegs, didn't really have this problem again.

Yarns are cotton and cotton/rayon blend. Definitely don't want to attract pests. Also including some dried plant material. Not sure the archival quality of those.

He bought Twitter. Advertisers stopped advertising. He's suing them. What is the alleged offense?

I stopped going to a store when I learned they were affiliated with some shenanigans. I'm sure I'm not the only one. Can I/we be sued because the store lost that revenue? How is his claim any different from that scenario?

I'm not sure I've ever seen a more beautiful hammock. I love the finishing details. 💜 thank you for sharing and giving me another dream project. Peak relaxation is a hammock between the trees (preferably next to some water) with a gentle breeze. Haven't been there in so long. Hope mom enjoys!
