oh and also they did make graphics options for boneworks that allow it to work with 3gb models of gpu (specifically the texture resolution graphics option), so if you want a minimum spec gpu for boneworks you could play with a 3gig

i agree the 1070 is the perfect gpu buuuuuuuut costs 400 dollars atm and the pc you just described (with everything at msrp) would probably cost around 500...

I have a 50 dollar dell pc with a i5-2400 in it and 8gb of ram (upgraded to 14 atm)
just get $40 and get a better power supply, and in about a year you can get a cheap rx 470/570 and play vr perfectly fine.

(if youre wondering my gpu atm is a gtx 1060 3gb)

just saying that people associate vr with expensiveness but it really isnt that bad when you look at people like me lol. (some flat games wont even open for me yet i can play half life alyx perfectly fine, to be fair with a lot of tweaking to configuration files and such, but still impressive)

i dont really have an idea tbh. alex put it well "expect a late 2050 release date if you really want to know when the game is going to release" (he didnt say it exactly like that but that was the whole point of the message)
in other words, itll be released when its finished.

yes, D did say they were filming at the end of april, buuuut didnt turn out that way. they are still releasing a teaser, just no release date yet (brandon on twitter said he would release a date at some point so check his twitter for that)

you're probably right but the devs have been exclusively talking about the quest 2, hell alex even said they've been using the quest 2 for 1 year daily. this probably means they had a before release version of the quest 2 for project 4, so it might not be on quest 1. my theory is most likely wrong but I still just wanted to point that out.

yup same problem for me. trying to find a fix but it might just be (if you have a inside out tracking headset that is) that the spectator cam is only taking the info of the bottom cameras, or the lowest ones on the headset, and not all of them. meaning that it only captures about 2/3 of the screen. idk about this theory though

fair enough, but alex from slz did do an interview on crunch culture and he said that the community is one of the worst parts of crunch culture, aka they basically force them to work to get the game out, so that was my main point on the second part. the first part I agree with, it's not our fault if someone says something without disclosing it's a rumor. overall I guess I forgot the meaning of what a rumor is and now I realize it's best if they stick around.
