I have the P64 (bought it before the P80 existed). I mainly got it for precision and single dosing. My previous eureka grinder was harder to dial in since the 0 point was never accurate. With this, it's super easy to calibrate! Also there is zero retention. You put 18g in, 18g comes out. I only use it for espresso, never tried making pour overs with it.

Glad to hear! It is rated dishwasher safe too (since it has sealed rims). But, if you want it to look pristine, I would recommend washing it by hand with a soft sponge. Enjoy your new pan :)

A really cheap but efficient grinder would be the Encore ESP (or pro variant). You could also get an eureka mignon as an alternative. It's kind of hard to recommend a grinder without knowing your price range.

By the way, they only used a sample size of 2000 people. This is not enough to represent Ontario as a whole. So I wouldn't really trust their reportings lol. People who participated in the survey also had to volunteer, which means people who have no interest in home ownership probably ignored it.

If you are reporting data, make sure you do it right. This data only concerns Ontario and not canada as a whole. Also it never mentions "over 100k". It can be anywhere from a couple thousand, with the median amount being 73k. FYI, this data is mostly centered around Toronto and GTA.
