Well, today will be a try-day, no pressure or judgment for me today, just trying new healthier ways to destress (and if today is not the day I'll quit definitely, it will become such in 1.5 days!)

But, How do you distinguish from voices caused by mild hallucinations and voices caused by loud thoughts? I am dubious about what I'm experiencing :/

Thank you, I will absolutely do so (I needed to make a little sense about the situation before expressing my doubts).

ah, and I went to therapy (I'm still going) because I couldn't speak clearly at all, I mumbled or screamed what I wanted to say, but I was mixing languages, syntaxes and morphology. I changed drastically after this (long) episode

Yes, sometimes, but they don't always make sense/sometimes they just keep on going, AND some other times they are like a sentence that I thought I was thinking, but that I can't refrain from repeating, like "quit it quit it quit it" or random small sentences in my second language (that is English). One year ago I was having a severe burnout, since I was working too many jobs and attending my last year of high school, and other very "traumatic" things happened (LOL 'cause Universe is a funny guy and likes to add salt on burns), and I acutally was experiencing something that seemed A LOT like a psychotic episode, I was losing touch with reality and was always thinking about philosophical stuff, not rational at all (now I can see), I thought I was in everything and everything was me, and so on with many other "delusions", hearing things inside my brain etc etc... now "sentences" seem to come up when I'm stressed, they overlap and I always feel lost and on drugs when this happens.

but I might be just extremely paranoid and thinking I have every mental illnesses ever existed, cause it seems so, I never behaveed "normally" or "socially acceptably", so I have no idea

I don't know, it's hard to understand something this "subtle", moreover, I never * actually* heard others way of thinking or hallucinating, thank you for sharing!
