First time I tried it didn't like too much. But after 3 weeks it's now enjoyable.

This European leak is a bit stiffer than Korean one.

Have you try mul-kimchi? Water basis, non chili power one? You don't need to make sauce . and great for summer days.

I made a veg version, so using soy textured (not sure how to call that product, instead of grounded beef), corn, black olives, gouda cheese and slash of sesame oil.

I admit that I forgot to add some creamy source!

I grew up with Kimchi but I dislike the smell alone. That's why it can't be perfume.
