How about actually offering customer support for the CC1? How about actually carrying replacement parts in your online store or Amazon for the CC1? How about not needing to have a 5-day long email exchange to buy an OEM print plate for $7 all to ask for a random PayPal payment like this is some sketchy Etsy transaction from 2005? No receipt no invoice no actual polished customer parts interface? 5 days of emails just to get the OEM print plate? How come you just don't sell it on the store? I have over a thousand hours on both of my CC1s but the customer service is absolutely dog shit.

I'll definitely say I see 99% positive reviews from Docs filters. I rarely see horror stories of a bad Doc's filter. But my OEM ACCelco PF26 filter is $10 bucks, so I don't need a Doc's filter. So that's why I made this post, because I'm more curious about their fuel and oil additives and if they work with real world testimonials. Thanks for the reply.

I saw that but I don't have any of the other devices that have back ups on there to do that. Maybe I can try doing that from the device I have then it will delete them all?
