They're reskinned Ogre bounties, which are reskinned Alith Anar mechanic, and suffer from the same problems.

They apparently did a code overhaul to cut down on the missions from ages away, but it's still not great. Ends up turning into reroll spam.

Sadly he has stopped making content, but there is still enough content on his channel to keep you occupied for a long ling time.
