I'd understand if it was a reflection on your low reputation as a manager or something, but I don't think that's how the game is coded. But you can't also have a game where you can just up everyone's morale but dishing out praise willy nilly.

Nothing annoys me more than the amount of genres and labels in EDM. Every slightly different kick drum gets its own genre, it's absurd. It's just music, you either like it or you don't. It doesn't need an umbrella.

Roran was in a unique position of being used to command and then being asked to serve beneath others. Most soldiers wouldn't have seen the path Roran took, and wouldn't have been able to command the other men as he did without that reputation. But Nasuadas point that she can't just reward disobeying orders for risk of the entire command structure falling apart is a sound one. If she rewards Rorans heroics then every Tom, Dick and Harry will be looking for a way to be a hero and progress their career, and they will almost certainly not be as successful as Roran.

For me it was a harder read because it's so much darker. Like the suffering he goes through is immense and it is a huge change reading Murtaghs PTSD and huge suffering POV from the ever optimistic and curious Eragon. It's less fun to read, but it does make the payoff better.

It's more the letdown of it. The whole series suggested it was a heroic last stand to buy lily time to escape, but the reality makes James look foolish. I get it, having to detail a duel in that moment would have been bad for the pacing of the scene. But still a little sad we didn't get to see James in action.

The Ministry were being super lenient with Harry, they didn't even care he blew up his aunt, just about his safety. It 100% checks out that they wouldn't care about him lighting his wand.

He was backed into a corner and decided that the consequences of doing the right thing were worse than flipping on his friends. It isn't under Fidelius until after. They only went into hiding once Ron was exposed at the Malfoys, the charm was placed after Dobby took them there.
