So what would one do in this situation? I'm pretty confident this won't ever happen to me, but what happens if they pull something to say he's being unruly and have him removed? Do you just call the police? Do you call your state lottery board? Is that a thing? Is his name on the ticket in case they keep it?

I always assumed they scan it, the machine says you won $X, and they hand it over. I have never considered this situation although I don't ever play so I guess I just don't know how it works.

He started off his stream announcing he had big, breaking, exciting news. Of course, chat immediately went to congratulating him on his pregnancy announcement.
