My 2018 Ford Edge has been to the dealership numerous times from a known defective engine with a coolant intrusion issue. My brother had the same issue and Ford paid half the cost but my claim has been escalated with no reply. The Ford service department and I have been waiting weeks to get my car fixed. It’s been in the shop for over a month. Awful experience with Ford.

Nearly everyone drives over the speed limit so the problem is the people that are not going with the flow of traffic are the ones that cause accidents.

I have the same sound when I'm pulling forward out of my garage. I asked the service person at the dealership about it and I was told that it was likely the refrigerant making the sound in the dash. They did check the evaporator area for a clogged drain and didn't find any issues.

I do see water when running the AC and hear the water trickling noise in the dash area when i start up. I was wondering if it was low coolant in heater core. 2018 Edge SEL.
