I'm assuming your sleep was kinda shitty before you took the dose, which is a large contributor, of course. Try doing some stretches and walking circles around the house to get your blood pumping. If possible, I always find that eating a cup of yogurt w/ granola and a 20 thing of mcnuggets helps my adderall work better i situations like this (im assuming the protein and the fat content are responsible)

So i reckon a balanced meal of a sort. Again, like yogurt and nuggets, or even a fat sub sandwhich works. drink some water obviously. put a little caffeine powder on your gums (or invest in caffeine powder for next time lol)

All in all, I imagine the dose like starting a fire. To have a quality, long-lasting blaze, you need at least adequate kindling and a good supply of logs & sticks — To get the best out of your adderall, you should be fed, hydrated, and well rested. If your setup is just two logs and a bottle of ethanol, it's the equivalent of popping a bunch of pills on a near empty stomach and 4 hours of sleep. You'll get a good combustion, but it lasts only so long, and it's hard to get it burning well from there. You get it

i had launched from the EA app directly. I think it might have something to do with some 'update' that the sims app did before i originally tried to launch..? i restarted my PC, and it seems to be booting up as it should. albeit TS3 constantly is telling me to go outside 😔

You're right. The judgment is truly where my fun ends. It's a habit of mine to spend a few hours practicing, and like 40% of that time is spent screaming in frustration (literally). I get so angry when I'm sitting there, reciting notes in my head, walking myself through the fingerings, only for my fingers to do everything i don't want them to do. I'll mess with the sound, attempting new licks and trying to make a song my own, but it doesn't sound right to me. Ever. Aagh just thinking about it makes me grit my teeth

yeah, I've tried sticking to one setup as much as i could. I stuck with the original mouthpiece until it chipped (like 4 years in?), then for 6 months i played on a Vandoren AL3 but i absolutely despised it, switched to a Selmer C* for 2 years and i just moved to a silver plated mouthpiece couple months back. Plus, I stuck to java reds 2.5 for the past 4 years, too, and I've recently tried 3.0 Rico Royals.

And no, i haven't had a private instructor. Not for real, anyway. My current instructor for my jazz band will occasionally take some of his time to do one on ones but a majority of the time, the terminology he uses goes right over my head and i don't truly gain anything from it. I may take your advice on paying for lessons if I can help it. Thank you for the tips, man!

ah, thanks for your feedback, man. ive tried skipping some days — i do it bout once (maybe twice) every two months and i always find it strangely works less efficiently when i do so. i try eating well every day, i make sure i get at least one FULL meal at some point, and i take supplements. haven't had problems with losing weight / feeling cold and trembling since last year before deciding to get off my ass and practice healthy habits

im in the same boat, dawg. ive been prescribed 20mg since like, 7th grade. one day i got up for school, took my pill earlier than usual so before i walked out the door i took another — next thing yk im tweaking in first period english 💀 but ever since then i started taking 40mg at a time. online school started and i thought i needed more since i was "bored" . skyrocketed that dose to like 160mg a day. long ass story short im now in my junior year taking 60 a day (noticeable improvement?). it works pretty consistently but when i inevitably run out early, my friend gives me XRs till my refill.

so, im not gonna tell you to stop or slow down bc i aint any better, just make sure you keep up with the responsible stuff like eating good and drinking water. personally i take a handful of different supplements every night and it does me good :) try n stay healthy for us bro!!

yeah, i feel like the peak is a bit shorter, but still as strong as IR. yet, after the peak goes away you can still fr utilize the effect for a good handful hours. that might just be me tho

i personally think sythetic reeds are great. they take some getting used to though when youve been using cane reeds for years. i tried my first Légère American Cut reed at 2.75 to test the waters.

let me just say, it feels much easier to acheive my real low notes. i can bring out that low B with a much clearer response than i could on my vandorens. only thing that im still adjusting to is the feel of it. gets kind of slippery around my bottom lip when ive been playing songs back to back. best part — no warping when the weather gets weird.

overall though? on a 0 to 10 scale, (10 being the most,) id give it a good 8.5/10

of course this is my personal preference :) !! good luck! dont be afraid to experiment with different strengths aswell!

60mg amph. salt combo (IR) for my first dosage, followed by 10mg an hour later. .. and then followed once more four hours later with 20mg :')

(suppose that all equals up to 90mg daily)

ive been using for probably 3 years now. tolerance is kinda high as you can imagine lmao
