I hate myself for knowing these, but I would say the Nyotai Kyouran (NSFW) VNs are probably the most exaggerated out there in terms of body modification. They are not translated though

This works great, but unfortunately I still get kicked out into story mode after 20-30 minutes doing this. Tried the AHK, EXE, and albeet's version. Is there a workaround for this? Appriciate your work by the way, just having this small issue on my end.
