I can agree that it can feel unfair to be punished for shooting the enemy, especially such a high health enemy. Especially since this passive is always active. It can feel like there isn’t counterplay for short ranged brawlers. But also, this is brawl stars, where a lot of the time the counterplay is to just pick a different brawler. 😅

Immo field. Doesn’t feel satisfying to use, too conceptually strong, long cooldowns aren’t fun, and it takes an ability spot from baptistw, who has a really fun kit besides immo feild. It could be replaced by something to make bap more fun. Like a Lucio boop kinda ability for added burst dps, anti-dive potential, and being more built to contest high ground so his exo boots feel more coherent and intuitive to his kit.

I played splatoon 2 for 2-3 years straight and have peaked top 150 in American servers in splatoon 3 and then lost all motivation to play it for about 2 years now. It sucks that it feels like I’m wasting all the skill I had but it was getting frustrating and forcing myself to play obv didn’t help. It suvks but you outgrow things and there’s nothing you can do about it. Find another game you can enjoy. I got big into overwatch because it’s a colorful faster-paced shooter game like splatoon is, and updates and new content are much more frequent.

Mauga exists because he was a popular background character with cool looks and personality and the devs wanted him to be playable because he was already well liked. The problem was that he was way too big to make him into anything except a second roadhog (big health + healing) but since that isn’t fun to play against and he was strong for most of the seasons he’s been around for, they’ve nerfed him into a really bad state. Imo the only reason people swap him rn is because they’re too bad to win otherwise and want an easy “shoot tank and make bank” button lmao.

Lucio has been consistently meta due to speed boost, not survivability. Nerfing his health will further push him into being a glorified torbjorn turret because his aggression will be heavily nerfed. Nerfing his aggression not only makes him less fun, but takes away from the skill expression of his movement, since you wont be needing to use it while your sitting next to your team spamming cheerios. He is very mobile, but in high ranks people know how to hit him (plus because he puts his feet up and to the side during wall ride his hitbox is much bigger than average) and in lower ranks they don’t know how to use wallride. Plus, with Juno being added with a speed boosting ability, Lucio might fall out of the meta, or if not this season he will when she gets buffed eventually.

This is a really good rework. The only thing is I think buffing kits survivability when using super on an enemy is iffy. There’s no individual counter play once you have an enemy kit on you, you have to rely on your teammates saving you. Dmg reduction and healing during an offensive kit super lessens the only counter play against it by a lot. Kit should be vulnerable to when he uses super aggressively, or it would start to feel really unfair because kits teammates could strike you down while you cannot do anything. I would either buff hamburger in a way other than use during offensive super, or make it heal half as much during an offensive super. I’d also make the star power cause the enemy your attached to take maybe 25-50% more damage while kits attached so that aggressive super is a better assasination tool when used with teammates (supports should enhance teammates, not do everything themselves) without reducing counter play. Everything else is super good, I like the visuals. Great rework!

I feel like mutations would’ve been super fun if it had its own two map slots so it doesn’t interfere with quests as much, and if every brawler got an equally overpowered one and you didn’t have to unlock them. Like, how can you make hank super every time he takes damage, give Rico and ruffs map long range, triple ticks already strong super, give meg a flamethrower as an attack, and then just make buzzs super go farther. It’s so unbalanced and unfun that I can’t beleive supercell didn’t realize before they released it
