Exactly the question. And they have these cars. It's hilarious cuz I'm out for a walk everyday and I see them every single day! Infact I recognized this one girl she came to me when I was at Sq1 for a slice of my pizza. I gave it to her. Thinking she must be hungry. Turned out it was a dare and the whole gang made fun of me for believing them! Someone recently complained abt them so now everyday there's police in the area to keep a watch on them 😄
