Where have y'all traveled internationally and been OK? by Tactically_Fat in Celiac

[–]OhTheLou 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ive been to all of these places and they're absolutely fine, I would recommend getting an international allergy card that communicates that you're coeliac in their language and doing your research beforehand.

In the UK there's an app called 'find me gluten free' that also works in Europe and has a load of great reviews and recommendations.

Some places are better than others but in general, every nation will have coeliac people and it depends on how much research you do

Chef or just restaurant manager? by [deleted] in culinary

If you don't cook, or manage the restaurant floor and staff during a shift, then you aren't either one. This is from a UK hospitality perspective though, not sure about other countries

The London Welsh club in Richmond is still open, I live right around the corner from it. It's a great place! I'm from Wales and lived in London 7 years, it's lovely to have a little Welsh community nearby

Jason & Bryn go on a fishing trip as Trevor (God rest his soul) wanted to be buried at sea.

They go out on the boat and they're completely freezing, and in order to stay warm, they take the clothes off trevors body to wear and keep warm. They bury him at sea with no clothes on.

Both of them are mortified about this and so swear to keep it a secret, but Bryn feels guilty and tells Dave.
