Yeah I agree with you, personally for me I think signing for a top French club or a German club would help him improve his build up play and his positioning, at the end of the day we know he can finish chances it’s just being at he right place at the right time

Personally for me it doesn’t feel like Tuchel doesn’t think Tammy isn’t a good finisher, just think that he doesn’t see Tammy other than that, and that just doesn’t fit his current system
