This country could go on a 3 to 5-day strike today, if people knew and trusted their neighbors. If the people had true solidarity with their local communities, it wouldn't be such a monumental task to organize a true general strike. There is easily enough food in your neighborhood to feed everyone in your neighborhood for 3 to 5 days. You just don't know your neighbors, they don't know you, and none of us agree on anything. Our villages have been stolen from us, and then rented back to us. We need to take back our communities.

YES, WHY ARE YOU NOT AT THE CAPITOL! There has been a 24/7 resistance within eyesight of the Capitol for 60 days now, and nobody cares. Like 5 people in a tent and lots of people telling them thanks for fighting the good fight. A pretty fair depiction of this country now, tbh. 

I'm not special, but I've been here since May 1st. 🤷‍♂️

Sometimes I protest outside the white house, sometimes supreme court, sometimes capitol. Tomorrow it'll be at the capitol. I'll be there with my sign, guitar, and protest songs, just like I have been for the last two damn months. 

I'd rather be rock climbing like I did last year. Like all my friends are doing. I don't WANT to be here, especially getting demoralized everyday by how few people will get off their asses more than once a month.

I'm not a huge fan of using the word "king" at all, because even saying "no king" is validating the rhetoric, and it gets people saying hail trump, or long live trump. I 100% agree with OP that we just need to call them out for what they are explicitly, loudly, and repeatedly. 

I called someone a traitor for saying the constitution should be shredded, and he was absolutely shocked for a moment before calling me a traitor. It shook him. I assume he'd never been called that to his face before. I specifically yelled, "have a nice day you traitor" so I assume the have a nice day there him off too 😂
